As the final touches are being added to his new mansion, Katzenberg is looking to cut ties with his Beverly Hills home. The 9,200-square-foot home was built in 1995 and sits on approximately half an acre of land. It features high ceilings, a pool, a cabana, a deck, nicely manicured lawns, five bedrooms including a master suite, a library with a wet bar, an upstairs family and game room, a home theater, a two-story grand foyer and two-story guests quarters.
