Dior Homme Store Opens in Union Square, San Francisco

News | January 9, 2012

The third of its kind, Dior Homme opened over the holiday season in Union Square, San Francisco, (on the corner of Maiden Lane and 216 Stockon to be precise).   This 2,200 sq. ft. haven for the well-dressed man offers top to bottom adornments from limited edition numbered gold sunglasses to handmade sleek pointed oxfords with everything in between.   Take a peek inside.

“We’ve always thought San Francisco was a good opportunity for men’s,” Dior’s CEO Pamela Baxter tells WWD . “This is a city where there are men who dress up and social occasions to do so. We started discussions a couple of years ago about opening Dior Homme here.”

The design resembles a grey and chrome bacholor pad on Le Triangle d’Or that’s been transported into San Francisco and decked out with an urban styled pastoral mural by local artist Hannah Stouffer.  The first floor is casual sportswear, sunglasses and scent.  The second floor houses suiting, tailoring and many of those signature edgy, sleek runway looks from Kris Van Assche (head designer of Dior Homme).

Come by and visit the Boutique Manager, Aimee Linhoff, or one of the knowledgeable and very well suited sales gentlemen to become properly attired before your next event, whether it may be the upcoming Auxiliary ball for the SF Ballet for the impending opening night fashionable fete Dior is sure to throw.
