Grammy-nominated songwriter Denise Rich has put her 12,000 square foot apartment on the market for $65 million, which rings in as New York’s most expensive co-op. With the hefty price tag come some of the hautest penthouse features.

Designed by Emery Roth and featuring a total of 19 rooms, the luxurious penthouse apartment on Fifth Ave. boasts seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and three kitchens—not to mention breathtaking views of Central Park. There is also a formal dining room that seats 22, a media room, a grand salon, a full gym and a library. Three terraces—one of which Rich once converted into an ice skating rink—make up the outdoor space.

Rich has welcomed guests such as Stevie Wonder and Celine Dion—who sang in the personal recording studio—into her haute home. So why is she putting it on the selling block? It’s just too much space for one woman.
