The Lunar New Year celebrates the dragon in 2012 and Bulldog Gin, which uses Dragoneye as one of its 12 botanical ingredients, is getting in on the festivities by creating a special Eye of the Dragon cocktail.
- Ingredients:1 oz. Bulldog Gin1 1/2 oz. Lychee Liqueur 1 dash Lychee Juice Instructions
- Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with 2-3 lychees.
