Vitamin C Communications Presents “New Year’s Forever”
If you think you have your New Year’s Eve plans ironed out, you may want to reconsider. Vitamin C Communications is a hosting a New Year’s bash at The Bath Club that will have you ringing in 2012 with a bang.
The events company presents “New Year’s Forever,” a celebration that will include live music by DJ Ruen, DJ YSL and Hilary Waren, and a live acoustic performance by Diego Val. For dinner, Chef Brian Aaron will be treating guests to a decadent menu selection composed of pan-seared mahi-mahi, mojito yellowtail snapper, New York strip steak and cheesecake with raspberry coulis. Dinner packages start at $215, with a five-course meal option priced at $295. The five-course option includes a Piper-Heidsieck bottle for two and five-flight Macallan scotch tasting, as well as a meet-and-greet with Chef Brian Aaron.
Guests will also enjoy a six-hour open bar, but for those looking for a more intimate setting, private tables can be purchased, starting at $950.
