The largest restaurant in the UK opened for business this week. Za Za Bazaar on the harbor in Bristol is an impressive 30,000 square feet and can feed 2,100 diners in a night.
It is set up like a massive food court and features 36 chefs cooking an array of cuisines—such as Vietnamese food, Tex-Mex, American BBQ, and desserts. There is also a wet bar serving more than 300 different drinks from around the world. The brand intends to open eight more restaurants in the UK modeled from the Bristol prototype.
