Today in the Bay Area, Tyler Florence has opened another Mill Valley restaurant, named Hawk’s Tavern. A very comfortable, pub-esque facility designed by partner Lori Yeomans, making the Bay Area a stable of businesses now with El Paseo, Wayfare Tavern, and Rotisserie & Wine. Hawk’s Tavern provides more than 40 seating in dining room, a larger bar area and the 28-seat porch. A warm, family themed restaurant, with menu selections such as fish and chips, homemade pretzels, even burgers created by Wayfare Tavern’s executive chef Michael Thiemann. What makes Florence’s restaurant a perfect experience is the affordable menu with all items under $16. What more could a guest ask for? Along with an affordable list of craft beers and local wines put together by former Cavallo Point beverage director Dan O’Brien.  For more info, Hawk’s Tavern will be open starting today from Tuesday through Sunday, 11am to 10pm, located at 507 Miller Ave., Mill Valley, CA.
