It sits on half an acre of land and boasts 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a guest house with an additional bedroom and 1.5 bath. The property contains a pool, a spa, and an outdoor dining pavilion. David Mossler of Teles Properties, Beverly Hills, is the listing agent.
