This is all coming on the heels of the highly anticipated opening of Torrisi Italian Specialties spinoff Parm. Parm opened to great fanfare on Nov. 7. Parm is now the home of all of Torrisi’s lunch operations, while Torrisi Italian Specialties is the go-to for the famed prix-fix dinners.
