Thompson Hotels first London property, The Belgraves, is expected to open on February 1 with prices starting at £215 per night for a king deluxe room.

Previously thought to be opening in January, it seems the debut has been pushed back a few weeks, as bookings are now available as of February 1, 2012. The London property has been designed by British designer Tara Bernerd and EPR Architects.

If you’re thinking of getting in on the £215 per night special for a king deluxe room, you’ll find a king bed with custom-made 400 thread count SFERRA linens, white and grey marble bathrooms with marble floors, a choice of bathtub or walk-in shower, oversized terrycloth robes by SFERRA, bathroom amenities by Penhaligon’s, an LCD flat-screen TV and iHome docking station. Of course, since this is an advance purchase rate, there are no refunds or cancellations permitted.

The hotel will also feature a restaurant from Chef Marc Hix to combine traditional British hospitality with an American bohemian attitude, a library bar, a fitness center and a spectacular lobby. The restaurant at The Belgraves will be Chef Hix’s sixth restaurant and his second in a hotel.
