
RXR closes on $500M purchase of 620 Sixth
An investor group, which includes developer Yair Levy, officially closed on the $500 million sale of an office and retail complex located at 620 Sixth Avenue to RXR Realty on Tuesday.
An investor group, which includes developer Yair Levy, officially closed on the $500 million sale of an office and retail complex located at 620 Sixth Avenue to RXR Realty on Tuesday.
The 700,000-square-foot tower is one of the highest-profile retail complexes in Manhattan, housing TJ Maxx, Marshall’s and Bed Bath and Beyond stores on the lower level and offices on top. RXR is buying a controlling stake in the building and the partners will retain a minority share.
