New Year’s Eve at The Fontainebleau

Now that Art Basel Miami Beach is over, there’s no time to waste—it’s on to the next big event, New Year’s Eve. Miami has become wildly popular for it’s array of New Year’s Eve festivities, and this year is expected to be one of the most magical years yet.

The Fontainebleau Miami Beach is home to three of the finest dining destinations in Miami: Gotham Steak, Scarpetta and Hakkasan. Each of these restaurants has plans to ring in the New Year with distinct and extra-special menus. Gotham Steak will feature both a main five-course menu and a vegetarian dinner menu, while Scarpetta’s menu will offer braised short ribs of beef with vegetable and farro risotto and creamy polenta with fricassèe of truffled mushrooms. For a stellar grand finale, Hakkasan, the hotel’s authentic Chinese restaurant, will serve dessert options such as milk chocolate and yuzu in Tahini sauce with macadamia nut ice cream.
