Minneapolis-Based CRAVE Opening at Merrick Park
Set to open on December 9th, the Minneapolis-based restaurant chain, Crave, brings to Merrick Park “fresh and innovative cuisine” in a “chic, yet casual” atmosphere spread out over a vast 9,000 square feet. In addition to a full sushi bar, CRAVE will also offer “Certified Angus Beef steaks, fresh seafood, pastas, salads and fire-baked pizzas that are continually re-mastered using the freshest seasonal ingredients.” The restaurant will offer an early and a late happy hour: Sunday – Friday from 3 – 6 p.m. and Sunday –Wednesday from 10 p.m. – 12 a.m. On Friday and Saturday, there’s music and entertainment from 9:30 p.m. to close. Other locations of the restaurant include one in Orlando and another at the Mall of the Americas.
