Jay-Z and Beyonce Interested in Ricky Martin’s $12.5 Miami Home
Soon to be parents, Jay-Z and Beyonce have been looking for a cozy mansion for their growing family to enjoy in Miami Beach. According to TMZ, their first stop in Miami was a beachfront property owned by Latin superstar, Ricky Martin. The 9,491-square-foot mansion includes a beautiful pool, ten bathrooms, and seven bedrooms.
Not mention potential neighbors like Miami Heat top players, Chris Bosh and Dwayne Wade. TMZ revealed that just last week, the high profile star couple has already taken a walk- through of the luxury estate, but there’s no telling if a deal has been offered. However, TMZ reports that in 2005 Ricky Martin purchased the home for $10 million, but since had listed the home at $12.5 million, in effort to make a profit.
