Art4Vision, a non-profit foundation benefitting vision research, celebrated the openeing their new gallery space at 1015 East Las Olas in Ft Lauderdale on November 29th, 2011.

Their first exhibition features photography from world-renowned photographer and host of PBS’s Travels to the Edge, Art Wolfe. His fine art prints of wildlife, nature, and landscapes will be featured in the Art4Vision Gallery.

100% all sales generated by the Art4Vision Gallery will directly benefit the Macula Vision Research Foundation, which focuses on curing blindness, retinal diseases, macular degeneration, and congenital childhood blindness through funding visionary research.

Local retinal specialist, Dr. Scott Anagnoste, MD of the Retina Group of Florida recently founded the Art4Vision Foundation to keep people aware of the impact vision loss can have on the quality of peoples’ lives. The mission of the Art4Vision Foundation is to promote the creation, exhibition, appreciation and display of visual arts in order to increase awareness and support of vision research.
