The BREW at Kerry Hotel Pudong

Kerry Hotel Pudong, an exclusive member of The Haute Hotel Network, has recently opened The BREW, a craft brewery, which is the first of its kind in a five star hotel in Shanghai.

This Australian-designed industrial-chic bar, has six handcrafted signature beers and one cider created by its resident brew master, Leon Mickelson. This New Zealand native is a certified brew master from the UK’s Institute of Brewing and Distilling.  In his 15 years experience, he has created many award-winning craft beers, and received a total of 14 medals from the New Zealand International Brewing Awards.

Beer connoisseurs and novices alike, can enjoy special handcrafted signature beers at The BREW such as Dugite Vanilla Stout, White Ant, Indian Pale Ale, Pils, Skinny Green, Mash (the seasonal beer) and the Razorback Cider. The BREW also offers an innovative pub-style menu and a vast beverage selection. Enjoy lunch or dinner at The BREW, watch your favorite sports on TV, listen to live music entertainment or relax on the outdoor patio with views of Century Park.

Brewery tours and tasting classes with brew master, Leon Mickelson, and tailor-made private labels can also be arranged.
