The Coolhaus Ice Cream Sandwiches Shop just opened in Los Angeles. Originally started as an ice cream truck, this specialty dessert shop is nothing short of delicious. With an assortment of yummy treats, a sleek white interior and plenty of shiny glass display cases, this place is sure to be a hit.

The ice cream sandwiches are named after architectural phrases. You can get “one story” or “two story” sandwiches, ice cream floats, fresh baked cookies and the traditional one or two scoops in a cup. The ice cream flavors they offer are part of the novelty of this operation. Pick from Pumpkin Pie, Coffee Oreo, Sea Salted Caramel, Dirty Mint Chip, Makers Mark Southern Belle, and many other unique combinations.

In just three years founders of Coolhaus, Natasha Case and Freya Estreller, have grown their business from a single truck operation to a fleet in LA, NY, Miami and a stationary  retail space. Bravo ladies!
