TOMORROW – Miami Heat ‘Big Three’ Exhibition Game to be Broadcast Locally and Live Online
Couldn’t snag tickets to the high-profile exhibition game the Miami Heat “Big Three” is hosting tomorrow at FIU? Don’t fret – the completely sold out game will be both televised locally and streamed live for fans across the U.S. when the star-studded event takes place tomorrow evening.
The game, hosted by Miami Heat’s Dwyane Wade, LeBron James, and Chris Bosh, sold all of its 4,500 tickets in a quick two hours. But those who weren’t quite quick enough have the chance to see the game broadcasted from Florida International University on CBS sister station My TV 33 and also live-streamed online at cbsmiami.com.
Proceeds from the game will benefit Mary’s Court, a foundation named after the mother of FIU basketball coach and Hall of Famer Isiah Thomas. This latest game is yet another in a line of NBA celebrity charity games that have been taking place during the NBA lockout. Tickets for the game on Saturday have been fetching up to $100,000 each on the secondary market.
“LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh present the South Florida All-Star Classic” will take place on Saturday, Oct. 8 at Florida International University. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. EST. Tune in to your local CBS station or go to www.cbsmiami.com to watch!
