Ron Siegel’s new restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton, Parallel 37, is scheduled to open soon as a replacement for the hotel’s former restaurant. The space which formerly housed the Dining Room, is in the process of a full makeover. The renovation plans include a 46 seat bar, luxurious lounge and communal tables.

Siegel has worked hard to created a menu  that will include local ingredients as a means of celebrating the beautiful Bay Area. The fare is contemporary American with a few posh twists, of course. Siegel has been particularly vocal over his excitement for the bar menu.

Stay tuned to Haute Living for more details about the opening of Parallel 37.
