Eden Roc Renaissance Miami Beach, an exclusive member of The Haute Hotel Network, has been recognized for its culinary excellence.  Esquire magazine recently included 1500° on their list of The Best New Restaurants of 2011. The list was compiled and written by noted food and wine author John Mariani. This prestigious honor means even more for 1500° considering it was the only Florida restaurant to be included on the list.
