News | October 7, 2011

The Westward Eye is opening on October 21 at the McNeill Art Group Tribeca Space. Curated by Beth McNeill, this exhibition looks into the current state of the Los Angeles modern art scene. Running the same times as the “ Pacific Standard Time: Art in LA 1945-1980”, the Westward Eye explores the thriving artistic community. It gives viewers a peek at artists who are continuing to show the artistic vision of Los Angeles. Viewers will see the diversity that is art in Los Angeles right now. An opening reception will be held on Friday, October 21 from 6-9 pm. There will be a press preview on Friday, October 14 from 3-6pm.

Artists in this exhibit will include: Karl Hahn, Nano Rubio, Stephanie Farr, Alexander Kroll, Karen Chu, Tony Brown, Samatha Thomas and Scott Santangelo.
