A new ocean front condominium fronting the Atlantic Ocean has been proposed by an Argentine development group. The “Saxony Hotel and Condominium” is rumored to be a 67 unit Cipriani luxury tower designed by reknowned architect Norman Foster of the United Kingdom.

The building will be a 62,500 square foot tower in the 3300 block of Collins Avenue, north of the 60 year old Saxony Hotel. The new Saxony Condominium will be the twelfth new tower proposed east of the Interstate 95 tricounty South FLorida region in 2011.
