New Five Course Prix-Fixe Dinner Options At Water’s Edge

Water’s Edge, the riverside restaurant with stunning Manhattan views has launched all new prix-fixe dining  menus.

On Mon – Thurs, a $55 per person menu will be available composed dishes like the Baby Artichoke Crusted Salmon, bathed in a saffron broth with tender baby turnips and spaghetti squash.  Crescent Farm Duck Breast receives a pop from a bourbon glaze, while wild rice risotto, fried apple and pecans add hints of fall. Also, tables ordering two prix-fixe meals or more will include a complimentary bottle of wine.

On Fri & Sat evenings, the restaurant will offer a $70 per person menu with dishes, like a salad of charbroiled baby octopus, kissed with a touch of heat from jalapeño oil, or Pan Seared Diver Scallops with shaved fennel, Mache, and a lemon-lime emulsion.
