Lessons at The Lyttelton

News | October 12, 2011

The Stafford hotel’s new restaurant, The Lyttelton, has started a series of cooking classes. First up on October 29 is a game class, followed by lessons on festive British entertaining on December 3, 4, 10 and 11.

Each class will commence with coffee and bacon sandwiches at 8am. Students will then be taught how to make bread and prepare a starter, main course and dessert. Attendees can also expect a Q&A session with Brendan Fyldes, previously the head chef at Richard Corrigan’s Bentley’s restaurant, followed by champagne and canapés in the American bar and a leisurely lunch with matching wines.  To top it all off, you’ll be given a goody bag at the end of the class.
