HAUTE EVENT: SHARING SONIA’S RING “EL ANILLO DE SONIA” WITH EMILIO ESTEFAN AT THE FRIENDS OF THE NATIONAL MUSEUM OF THE AMERICAN LATINO
Hello My Precious Haute Living Readers,
The friends of the National Museum of the American Latino came together in celebration of its national campaign to benefit the creation of a museum in Washington D.C. to educate, inspire, and encourage respect and understanding of the richness and diversity of the American Latino within the United States and its territories. This initiative is suppose to highlight the contributions of Latino leaders to the American way of life.
The event was Wednesday, September 21, 2011, at the Freedom Tower of Miami Dade Community College and included Dr. Aida Levitan and Emilio Estefan among other Latino Leaders of the Miami community including Jorge Plasencia of Republica Ad Agency.
What a privilege and pleasure to be there and celebrate my Puerto Rican roots and share the Spanish Translation of SONIA’S RING, “EL ANILLO DE SONIA” with Emilio!!
