Haute Event: Rock-the-Roof with UCSF Infusion

UCSF Infusion, the young professionals organization of UCSF Partners in Care held Rock-the-Roof on Friday, Sept. 23 on the state-of the-art rooftop facility of Bakar Fitness & Recreation Building at Mission Bay which also features a 10-lane outdoor swimming pool.   As revelers enjoyed perfect sunset skyline views, 40 rock climbers were given personal instruction with generous donations of equipment by the Sports Basement. Non-climbers enjoyed kegs of beer from Beach Chalet, burgers and onion rings from Burger Bistro and the new mini-Sprinkles, which featured a red high heel on each cupcake.
 
The group raises funds to provide greater comfort and wellness for patients of all ages and their families while being treated at UCSF Medical Center and UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital.
