ROMERA, a $5 million dollar creation, designed by the renowned architect Glen Coben, offers a 12 course prix-fixe tasting menu that will impress even the most sophisticated foodie. ROMERA is the latest gourmet project of Miguel Sanchez Romero, a Michelin star chef and famous Spanish export. Romero, who was also a practicing neurologist, has combined his knowledge of medicine and nutrition with his passion for art, to create what the critics are calling “the most unique cuisine in the world”.

Each innovative course is not paired with wine, but rather with “Aqua Gourmands”, that are naturally flavoured, colourful waters that complement and enhance the aromatic flavours of each of the dishes. However, if you prefer to drink more than flavoured waters there is a wine cellar that carries the best champagne selection in New York, as well as exclusive sakes and liqueurs. There is also a private dining room that caters to your most intimate dining needs.
