Haute 100 Update: Pharrell Williams to Guest Judge ‘Project Runway All Stars’

News | October 5, 2011

Music producer, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and style icon Pharrell Williams has been chosen for a guest judge spot on the upcoming spin-off Project Runway All Stars. The show will feature the best of past Project Runway contestants and Williams will join in as a guest judge for the wildly popular reality fashion competition show.

The all stars will be competing for the most lucrative prize pack ever to be offered in the Project Runway franchise – an exclusive boutique at Neiman Marcus, $100,000 worth of technology and office space, $100,000 case from L’Oreal Paris, a feature spread in Marie Claire magazine, a one-year guest editorship at Marie Claire, and a fully-equipped sewing and embroidery studio.

The show will be hosted by supermodel Angela Lindvall and the permanent judges are designers Isaac Mizrahi and Georgina Chapman, with Marie Claire editor Joanna Coles acting as the third judge and the contestants’ mentor. Guests judges additional to Williams include model Miranda Kerr, designer Kenneth Cole, and diva puppet Miss Piggy from the Muppets series, among others.

The season premiere of Project Runway All Stars airs on the Lifetime network at 9 p.m. EST on Thursday, Nov. 3.
