Haute 100 Update: Daniel Boulud to Open Two New Restaurants in Canada

News | October 18, 2011

World-renowned chef and restaurateur Daniel Boulud is going international with two new Canadian eateries. Boulud’s company with partner Lili Lynton, The Dinex Group, is planning on opening one restaurant in Montreal and another in the Four Seasons Toronto.

While Chef Boulud previously had a restaurant in Vancouver, it was short-lived. With news of the accolade-laden chef coming to town and establishing himself additionally in one of the hotel industry’s most prestigious chains, citizens are buzzing with anticipation.

The culinary master has already captivated the U.S. and beyond with renowned restaurants like New York City’s Daniel, DB Bistro, and more, as well as additional spots spanning from Palm Beach to Singapore.

The unveiling of Boulud’s new role at the Four Seasons next week also coincides with the chef’s participation in the Grand Cru Culinary Wine Festival in Toronto to benefit hospital research.
