Just in time for the launch of the Burberry Beauty Autumn Winter 2011 and holiday collections, Burberry debuts a beauty counter at the New York Saks Fifth Avenue Flagship store.
Celebrating the natural nude look that has made the brand a luxury fashion staple, and influenced by the Autumn Winter 2011/12 runway look and collections, the line of makeup and beauty products is as beautiful as it is wearable. Meant to enhance natural beauty on all skin and hair tones, the line promotes glowing skin with light eye and lip makeup in a modern aspirational interpretation of the classic British 60’s look. In addition to a winning look, the products have a surprisingly lightweight texture for an effortless, natural and sheer finish.

The top notch products in a color palettes and design created by international makeup artist Wendy Rowe and Chief Creative Officer Christopher Bailey clearly reflects the notion that fashion inspires beauty. The collection was established in order to create the classic “Burberry girl,” mirroring looks such as the timeless trench and colors from the fall collection.
In addition to easy-to-wear colors and products, when you stop by the counter, be sure to ask for the full tour and makeup demo to replicate your favorite Burberry look. To replicate your look at home, check out the Burberry Beauty Application Tutorial.
