Antiquorum Important Modern And Vintage Timepieces Auction In Hong Kong
On Sunday, October 23, The Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong will host the Antiquorum Important Modern and Vintage Timepieces auction. The highlight of the auction is “La Colère d’Achille”, an ivory fan which features nine five-clawed dragons set with a watch and was originally given to the Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty by George III of the United Kingdom.”The Theatre”, a rare 18K yellow gold and enamel quarter-repeating musical watch with two erotic scenes depicted, is another major piece being featured at the auction. Also, a few very special Patek Philippe timepieces are scheduled to appear in the event.
Fine watch enthusiasts and luxury good lovers of all kinds shouldn’t miss out on this haute event. The auction preview will take place from October 20 – 22 at the Antiquorum Hong Kong Showroom.
