THE RITZ-CARLTON, SOUTH BEACH DEBUTS THE LEGENDS OF THE FULL MOON PARTY SERIES

One of Miami’s hottest oceanfront parties returns to the DiLido Beach Club at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach this October with  “Legends of the Full Moon,” parties every month through May 2012.

The party series will revolve around mythological legends, begningng with the first installment centered on Chinese lore. Saturday October 15th. Guests will be enchanted by mystical Asian inspired entertainment and culinary delights including specialty Lychee Lotus and Thai One On cocktails by Master Mixologist Ramsey Pimentel, Chinese dancers, and a menu of  light bites inspired by the far east including Kumomoto Oysters and Korean Style Grilled Short Ribs by Chef de Cuisine Andrew Balick.

Guests can also get into the full moon spirit by gazing through enormous high tech telescopes while grooving to a DJ spinning lounge music infused with Asian beats.
