Second Annual World Festival Benefitting Common Threads
The second annual Miami World Festival Benefitting Common Threads will take place on Tuesday November 15 from 7-10pm. The culinary fundraiser will be hosted at the Cruz Building in Coconut Grove by Michelle Bernstein in order to raise money for Grove health and nutritional education for the city’s youth.
The fundraiser will feature such renown chefs such as Timon Balloo of Sugarcane, Joel Huff of Azul, and E. Michael Reidt of Area 31.
Cocktails will be provided by Bar Lab, and a silent auction will be curated by Lee Schager, founder and director of the South Beach wine and food festival.
Common Threads was established in 2003 in order to teach lower income children to cook wholesome and affordable meals.
Tickets are $150 per person. For more information or to purchase tickets please visit www.commonthreads.org. Dress is cocktail attire. The Cruz Building is located on 3157 Commodore Plaza, Coconut Grove, FL.
