Haute Event: Phenom Skrillex Spins His Dubstep Sounds at Surrender

The giant music festival iHeartRadio did not keep music fans from swarming to Surrender Nightclub at Encore Las Vegas last night to hear superstar American complextro producer Skrillex perform his hybrid form of electronic dance music. On his 51-city Mothership Tour, Skrillex’s stature has exploded to phenom status as the genre’s popularity continues to grow in a frenzied state, and last night he put a spell on the mass of EDM lovers who danced with vigor from the first beat to the last.

A reprieve from the intensity of Skrillex’s signature sound came when a bared-chested Sexy Sax Man hit the stage, complete with his trademark mullet and fake moustache, and jammed with Skrillex.

Spotted at Surrender for the evening of musical magic: Tito Ortiz and Jenna Jameson, Rome Ramirez of Sublime with Rome, Chumlee of “Pawn Stars” and “Downtown” Julie Brown.
