The Water’s Edge, a restaurant famous for its breathtaking view of Manhattan, has undergone some culinary revamping lately. Chef Rory O’Farrell, a former costar of Rocco DiSpirito and regular cast member on the show The Restaurant, has been working hard to restore the integrity of the cuisine at The Water’s Edge.
