Chef Rory O’Farrell Revamps The Water’s Edge Restaurant

News | September 7, 2011

The Water’s Edge, a restaurant famous for its breathtaking view of Manhattan, has undergone some culinary revamping lately. Chef Rory O’Farrell, a former costar of Rocco DiSpirito and regular cast member on the show The Restaurant, has been working hard to restore the integrity of the cuisine at The Water’s Edge. Prior to his most recent endeavor,  O’Farrell worked at other prestigious eateries such as Blue Ribbon, Blue Ribbon Bakery, and Clementine.

The view from The Water’s Edge is as charming as ever and people have been falling in love with the restaurant’s new and improved fare. O’Farrell has been filling up the menu with French infused American dishes such as the vanilla-scented Sweet Corn Bisque with a dollop of tender blue crab and Panko Crusted Oysters, resting atop a pillow of guacamole and nestled in crisp endive spears. If you’re looking for a meal with a view, this is the place. Make reservations now and join Chef Rory O’Farrell at The Water’s Edge.
