7th Annual Pink Party To Benefit Cedars-Sinai Women’s Cancer Program

The 7^th Annual Pink Party took place on September 10^th at the W Hotel’s posh rooftop club, Drai’s, in Hollywood. This special event was hosted by Jennifer Garner, who looked stunning in a dress by Yves Saint Laurent, shoes by Valentino and jewelry by David Webb. The event included both a silent and regular auction and featured some of the world’s leaders in luxury goods. All of the proceeds from the evening were donated to the Cedars-Sinai Women’s Cancer Program at the Samuel Oschin Comprehensive Cancer Institute.

This year the Pink Party® raised one million dollars and, as previously stated, all of it was donated to charity. Throughout the last six years, this event has raised $5.5 million USD for women’s cancer research and has quickly become one of the hottest charity events in town with many of Hollywood’s elite in attendance. Special guests included Jamie Lee Curtis, Mindy Kaling, J.J. Abrams & Katie McGrath, Frances Fisher, Ashlan Gorse and Kathleen Robertson.

Silent auction items included designer handbags by Alexander Wang, Jerome Dreyfuss, Celine, Reed Krakoff, Proenza Schouler, Alexander McQueen, Azzedine Alaïa and jewelry from Jennifer Fisher, Giuseppe Zanotti and The Woods. Live auction items included a 5-Star California Experience at certain luxury hotels, a 1-year lease on a Porsche Panamera, an exclusive group dinner package to be used at some of LA’s finest restaurants and a week-long stay at The Ranch at Live Oak Malibu.

In addition to the auctions, guests enjoyed delicious appetizers such as kobe beef sliders and yellowtail tuna. For dinner, Drai’s provided the partygoers with dim sum, fresh salads and decadent ravioli.  Customized pink drinks and special desserts added to the fun of the evening and kept attendees dancing well into the night.
