The 4,088 square feet mid-century compound boasts 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, a three-car awning and a private beach. The home features dark bamboo flooring throughout, panoramic views, radiant heating, two home offices and a state of the art security system.

The property sits on a dramatic slope from the Pacific Coast Highway to a bluff that ends just before the sea. A grand gate opens to a driveway that leads guests to the main house after passing a tennis court and lap-lane swimming pool.
