Brad Pitt to Sell Malibu Beach House
The Jolie-Pitt clan will have one less palatial home to enjoy as Brad Pitt places his $13.75 million dollar beach house on the market. The 4,088 square feet mid-century compound boasts 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, a three-car awning and a private beach. The home features dark bamboo flooring throughout, panoramic views, radiant heating, two home offices and a state of the art security system.
The property sits on a dramatic slope from the Pacific Coast Highway to a bluff that ends just before the sea. A grand gate opens to a driveway that leads guests to the main house after passing a tennis court and lap-lane swimming pool.
Architect Chris Sorensen is noted to have designed an additional second story. The Malibu-based architect specializes in green design solutions.
