North Miami Restaurants Gear Up For Miami Spice

News | July 12, 2011

This year’s Miami Spice, beginning August 1st and lasting until September 30th, features three North Miami restaurants catering to the Bal Harbour and Sunny Isles community.

Il Mulino New York- This Italian restaurant combines sumptuous dishes and impeccable service to create the epitome of fine dining. Each plate, whether a creamy pasta or flavorful chicken meal, is made from fresh ingredients and homemade cheeses.

Makoto- Chef Makoto Okuwa cooks up exceptional sushi and Asian cuisine at Makoto. The restaurant has earned raving reviews, which says a lot as it has been open for less than four months. The Bal Harbour newbie has drawn guests in with dishes like Foie gras gyoza with yuzu marmalade and black cod karashi sumiso.

Mister Collins- American restaurant Mister Collins at One Bal Harbour serves delicious made-from-scratch meals. The menu boasts fresh crab cake salad and burgers and sandwiches that are far from ordinary. Drink options include a variety of craft beers and over 60 wines.

Each restaurant offers a different type of cuisine, but all serve up unique plates sure to please the palate. Information on days offered and menus coming soon.
