Lieutenant Governor Of California Gavin Newsom’s San Francisco Mansion On The Market

News | July 14, 2011

Lieutenant Governor of California, Gavin Newsom, nicknamed “Prettiest Mayor” by Curbed, has officially placed his San Francisco mansion on the market. Located on 1581 Masonic Avenue, the home is listed at $2,750,000, which is said to be a little above the price Newsom paid in 2009. Housing 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with 3,051 square feet of living space, the home boasts an expansive floor plan.

And so the precautionary nature of politicians prevail. The Newsoms are supposedly keeping the listing within the family. Listing agent Barbara Callan’s son is married to Newsom’s sister.

Take a look at the simple chic that was his home. An open house will be held on July 17th from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
