Hautos: ‘The Season’ Kicks Off in London as Middle Eastern Playboys Arrive, All in White Supercars

A drove of Middle Eastern multi-millionaires has zipped into central London, with each playboy in their own customized supercar – and all of them with a brilliant white paint job. They came into town for a summer tour of Europe’s hippest spots and will be staying at the Dorchester Hotel for the London leg of their trip.

The playboys’ grand entrance signals the start of “The Season” in Europe, when hoards of wealthy Arabs come to Europe for a summer tour of the continent’s most exclusive destinations. This mostly includes a kick-off in London before heading to Paris, Monaco, Milan, Rome, and Geneva before returning to England to jet on over to the U.S.

The dazzling white supercars have been spotted around Chelsea and Knightsbridge after having been flown over by their young, rich owners. According to the Daily Mail, Dhiaa al-Essa from Saudi Arabia flew two cars over to Europe for the summer, one of which is a Mercedes- Benz SLS Gullwing. About the crew’s color scheme, the 22-year old engineering graduate explained, “White is simply the color to have this year.”

Other white-hot autos that have been seen in a flash of white across London include a £600k Maybach Xenatec, a £200k Ferrari 599, a £175,000 Lamborghini Gallardo, a £1.2m Bugatti Veyron, a £350k Rolls-Royce Phantom Coupe, a £1m Koenigsegg Agera R, and a £300,000 Mercedes-Benz SLS customized by FAB Design… all of them in white, of course.
