Cevichery Restobar Grand Opening Celebration July 28

Cevichery Restobar is hosting their official grand opening party this Thursday, July 28. The new South Beach eatery, which replaces Café Barcelona on Española Way, is set to simultaneously celebrate its opening and the Peruvian Independence Day.

From 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm, owners Manuel Forero and Alonso Galvez invite guests to enjoy a truly authentic Peruvian evening. The party will be modeled after a Peña Criolla, a traditional gathering typically held in Lima, complete with local band Proyección Criolla playing Afro-Peruvian tunes.

Along with the lively entertainment, from 8:00 pm-10:00 pm Cevichery Restobar guests enjoy complimentary fresh Pisco sours paired with samples of some of the authentic Peruvian cuisine the restaurant is known for.

The variety of complimentary bites crafted by executive chef Diego Pilares includes ceviches, Aji de Gallina (shredded chicken with a creamy ají amarillo and parmesan sauce) and Peruvian-style stir fry called Lomo Saltado con Quinoto (strips of filet mignon combined with onions, tomatoes, soy sauce, vinegar and ají).

Cevichery Restobar is located at 440 Española Way, Miami Beach, and is open everyday for lunch and dinner. For more information, visit their Facebook page at www.facebook.com/cevichery.
