Celebrity Living: Ellen and Portia Now Asking $63 Million for Sprawling Beverly Hills Compound
In May, we told you about Hollywood power couple Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi’s sprawling Beverly Hills estate for sale. The glamorous multi-residence plot went on sale then for millions less than they currently upped the price to – a hefty $63 million. While the price tag may shock some, it is worth noting that the 3-acre lot not only has an illustrious ownership history, but is also comprised of a 9,200 square foot main house, an additional full 3-bedroom house, as well as two guest houses/studios at approximately 15,000 square feet each.
According to Homes of the Rich, the gorgeous lot sits privately on its own, gated street and supplies anything anyone could ask for. Besides the room (or houses) to spare, there’s a state-of-the-art security system, finely manicured gardens and landscaping with water features, stunning modern architecture and design executed with the utmost craftsmanship and taste, backyard and patio primed for leisure and entertainment, infinity-edge swimming pool, and breathtaking views of the Los Angeles Basin. Not to mention plenty of dancing room to channel your inner Ellen. Don’t worry, we won’t tell.
