2. What is your favorite room/suite in the hotel?
The Ocean Suite is one of our most beautiful rooms by far. This is our corner suite on the 21st floor of the Ocean tower, with floor to ceiling windows this suite gets the best view of the ocean no matter which part of the room you are in.
3. For sushi, which restaurant would you recommend to your guests?
I would recommend Kung Fu Kitchen & Sushi located at the Dorset Hotel in the heart of South Beach which is a favorite of both locals & celebs and owned by one of my good friends Nathan Lieberman.
4. Tell us about a perfect day in Miami.
Riding my bike to work in morning, coaching my children’s little league, and playing an early evening pick up game of basketball on the courts off the beach, and spending time with my family.

Our farm-to-table steakhouse 1500° with executive chef Paula DaSilva is a top-rated Miami restaurant, for day-time dining we have the Cabana Club with both outside and inside dining which is located right on the beach with a beautiful ocean view. The Eden Roc houses 4-infinity pools along with a brand new pool-side bar called Aquatica. In the main lobby guests can make the most of our Lobby Bar, Starbucks, and up-scale retail boutique.
