Mystery Millionaire, we have our eye on you!
An interesting ATM receipt surfaced in East Hampton this past week after it was carelessly discarded by a still unconfirmed millionaire that needed some fast cash. Despite a $400 withdraw (plus the $2.75 withdraw fee), this mystery millionaire still had an available balance of $99,864,731.94 in their account.
While the account is rumored to belong to founder of hedge fund Appaloosa Management and self-made millionaire David Tepper, he denies the claim. Whether it’s Tepper or not, we’re interested.
If it is, we want to know who wouldn’t accept his credit card and demanded cash. If it isn’t Tepper’s, Haute Living wants to know who you are. You might have landed yourself a spot on the cover of our next issue.
