More than a thousand people walked the red carpet on April 1 for the second annual Notes & Words event at the historic Fox Theater in San Francisco. The event featured readings and performances by NY Times bestselling authors Kelly Corrigan, Michael Lewis and Beth Lisick along with KFOG bands HYIM, Megan Slankard and The Family Crest.
This unique fundraiser as fast becoming the “can’t miss” entertainment event of the year.
In all, the event raised $500,000 in support of the Children’s Hospital and Research Center Oakland.
