Haute Event: Easter at the St. Regis Monarch Beach
If you haven’t set your plans for Easter yet, hopping over to the St. Regis Resort in Monarch Beach is sure to be an outstanding choice — from an unbeatable brunch to a hunt like no other, there’s no shortage of holiday fun. And since it’s at the St. Regis, you can be sure that from start to finish, every minute will be served up with high style.
For a morning of family fun, the St. Regis Monarch Beach’s annual Easter Egg Hunt is a festive tradition for children of all ages. They’ll be able to hunt for eggs right on the Grand Lawn, including the coveted “golden egg.” That spectacular specimen can be traded in for the St. Regis Easter basket after the hunt, and everyone can enjoy face-painting, balloon art and complimentary photos with the Easter Bunny. This event is open to the whole community in addition to resort guests from 10 a.m. to noon.
There will also be two different brunches served at the resort. One at Motif, the resort’s restaurant, served from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and the other at the Monarch Bay Club, open to members only. Brunch at Motif will have international food stations, carved meats, fresh seafood, desserts and the resort’s signature Bloody Mary bar while at the Club, the Oceanfront room will set the stage for an amazing brunch served by Chef Tommy Kim. To make reservations to the Motif brunch, call 949.234.3900 and to book at the Monarch Bay Club, call their concierge at 949.234.3270.
