Haute Dining: Nobu is Coming to the Hamptons

It has been rumored for a while that the ever-popular Nobu has been wanting to set up shop in our favorite summer weekend destination. And now, Grub Street New York reports that they have finally selected the perfect location. Nobu at the Beach will be located inside the Capri Hotel in Southampton with hopeful plans to open in time for summer.

The space for Nobu at the Beach is the same as the former restaurant, Pink Elephant. The summer’s soon-to-be new haute spot will serve everyone’s favorite sushi for both lunch and dinner, both inside the restaurant and outside by the pool.

We certainly can’t wait to sit poolside, a daiquiri in one hand…chopsticks in the other.
