Looking for a quiet gateway with all amenities of modern life? Pro golfer Denis Watson and his wife Susan Loggans, have put their Pacific Palisades home on the market.

Watson’s palatial estate in Pacific Palisades sits adjacent to Will Rogers Historic State Park. The home was purchased back in 2004 for $7.95 million from Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver. The fantastic estate spreads over an 2.5 acres and has amenities like guesthouses, tennis court, spa and a pool along with seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Furthermore, this is an equestrian property with a year-long stream and a corral. The home is now valued at $23.5 million.
