Celebrity Living: Jack Nicholson’s Malibu Property Up For Sale

Legendary actor Jack Nicholson has put his Malibu property up for sale for $4.25 million. The expansive 70-acre property is host to a ranch-style main house, a separate caretaker’s home, a tennis court, cabana, putting green, swimming pool, and a grotto-style spa.

Records show that Nicholson purchased the Malibu retreat in 1977 and it is one of multiple properties in Los Angeles and Ventura counties that he owns, including an estate in Beverly Hills.

Built in 1966, the 2,313-square-foot home is zoned for equestrian use and includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and maid’s quarters. The main home is a single-story ranch with both mountain and ocean views. With rich wood, ample natural lighting, and a great overall warmth to it, fear of any “here’s Johnny” moments can be assuaged.
